When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Docvora, including the Docvora website, application, and all hosted documentation instances (the “Services”).
By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or purchase a paid Docvora instance.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly by default and may also be offered on a yearly basis.
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Payments
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- If a payment fails, Stripe may attempt up to 8 automatic retries over a 14-day period.
- If payment is not successful, the service will be suspended and inaccessible.
- If a service remains suspended for 30 days, all associated data may be permanently deleted.
Refunds
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
- After 48 hours, refunds (if approved) may be partially refunded based on usage.
- No refunds are provided for suspensions or terminations due to breaches of these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use Docvora to host, publish, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal or unlawful
- Malicious, abusive, or harassing
- Malware, phishing, or harmful software
- Attempting to exploit, overload, or bypass system limits
- In violation of applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination with no entitlement to refunds.
4. User Content & Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload on an active Service
- By using Docvora, you grant us permission to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
- We are not responsible for user-generated content, including public documentation.
Content may be logged for auditing or legal purposes and removed from live systems where required.
5. Service Availability & Warranty Disclaimer
Docvora is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults, bugs, and potential downtime.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
- Bugs or issues must not be exploited and should be reported to support@docvora.com
- We are not liable for data loss beyond available backups or for business interruption.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or instances for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Abuse or misuse of the Services
- Unlawful activity
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via docvora.com.
Data Access After Termination
- A 30-day data retrieval window may be available after termination.
- The service must be active and paid to retrieve data.
- If termination is due to a breach of these Terms, data retrieval may be refused.
7. Intellectual Property
- “Docvora” and “Weblutions®” are intellectual property of Weblutions under Australian common law.
- You may not rebrand, resell, modify, or imply partnership with Docvora without written permission.
- All platform assets, branding, and software remain our property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding billing period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively under those laws.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If there's questions or concerns we encourge contacting us.
